how to commission me

You can commission me by contacting me via Discord (@lowfoley), Instagram, or e-mail. Please write the type of commission you are looking for along with a description. I highly encourage you to send a sketch of the composition you want.Please note that "cover arts" do not necessarily need to be commissioned for covers, I can draw a landscape in the dimensions of your choice.By commissioning me, you have agreed to my terms and conditions and price.

If my commissions here are out of your budget, you can also find character and landscape sketches available exclusively on my Ko-fi page. Character sketches start at $5 and landscape sketches are priced at $20.Additionally, I offer discounts of 10% and 20% off final commission prices for monthly donors on Ko-fi.

general terms

Please view my full portfolio to ensure my artstyle suits you. I can draw landscapes, characters, pixel art, furry, mecha, and other misc. subjects.I do not draw NSFW.PSD files are only available for cover art commissions. If your cover art includes a character and you would like to purchase the PSD, the character will have all of its layers merged.The commission is for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.I may post the commission to my socials unless agreed upon otherwise.Any modification, painting over, reselling, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.I have the right to reject your commission if I wish to.

process

After the client contacts me, we will discuss the requirements and the commission will be accepted. The client must inform me beforehand if they want a PSD of the final artwork, as it is included in the price.I will send an initial sketch that can be revised an unlimited amount of times without a fee. Once the sketch is approved, I will request payment and no more changes can be made.I will only send progress updates beyond a sketch after I have received the payment. Minor revisions can be made during this stage, such as colour changes.The final drawing will be sent to the client in an image format of their choice, along with the PSD via Google Drive if applicable.

payment

I only accept payment in USD via PayPal.Payment must be made upfront after you have received and approved the initial sketch.I will only send progress updates beyond the sketch after the payment has been made.There are no refunds as I have already been working on the art at the time of payment.

fees

The prices listed are a range, meaning the final price will be based on the complexity and difficulty of the piece. This will be discussed during the sketch phase, before payment.Any major revisions after the initial sketch will incur a fee. The fee can range from $10 ~ $30 depending on complexity. Major revisions include redrawing of the initial sketch, changing a character pose, changing the placement of things within the scene, and anything else that requires a complete redraw.A commercial rights fee will always be +100% of the agreed base price. Commercial rights will allow for any type of brand promotion or merchandise (eg. clothing, posters, books). Use of the artwork for self-released music (i.e., where you retain full control) is permitted without the purchase of commercial rights, even if the release earns revenue. However, if the music is released through a third party (e.g., a label, distributor, or other entity) a +10% fee based on the artwork’s base price will apply if the release is monetized. Monetization where the proceeds go to charity will not incur a fee.If you would like a private commission that won't be posted to my portfolio or socials, it will cost an additional $50.
